Job Summary:

The B2B Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating business from wholesale buyers, retailers, distributors, and corporate clients through phone-based communication. The role focuses on promoting the brand's fashion products, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to retailers, wholesalers, boutiques, and corporate buyers.
Introduce and promote the fashion brands products, collections, and offers.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
Maintain a database of existing and potential B2B clients.
Share product catalogs, pricing, and order details with clients.
Negotiate pricing and terms according to company policies.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to process and track orders.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with business clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect feedback from clients to improve service and product offerings.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or spreadsheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in B2B telesales, fashion sales, or wholesale distribution.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good command of English and Hindi.
Confidence in handling business clients over the phone.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of fashion trends and product categories.
Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM is an added advantage.
Good relationship-building ability
