Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development (React):

Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js.
Manage component state using React Hooks or Redux.
Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Integrate front-end with RESTful APIs.

Back-End Development (Node.js / Express.js):

Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs.
Implement server-side logic and business processes using Express.js.
Ensure secure and efficient data handling between client and server.
Handle user authentication and authorization (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

Database Management (MongoDB):

Design and manage NoSQL databases using MongoDB.
Perform CRUD operations and data modeling.
Optimize queries and manage indexing for performance.
Implement data validation and schema design using Mongoose.

General Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, PMs).
Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science preferred or MCA.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
