Job Description: We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to convert provided leads into closures. The ideal candidate should be confident in making calls, handling objections, scheduling virtual meetings, and ensuring deal conversions. Roles & Responsibilities: Work on pre-qualified leads shared by the company . Call, pitch, and explain the product/franchise models to potential clients. Fix and attend virtual meetings to drive conversions. Regularly follow up and close deals within defined timelines . Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and post-sale processes. Maintain CRM and submit daily call reports.
