Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Executive with a proven track record in consultative selling, lead nurturing, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in telesales or virtual sales, especially in selling digital tools, software solutions, or digital marketing services. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential leads, understand their needs, and position solutions effectively to drive sales closure Close deals efficiently by implementing effective sales strategies. Manage and assist the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post-sale follow-up. Utilize CRM platform to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize sales performance. Provide an overview of the product and its benefits, ensuring clear communication of its value propositions to potential customers. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales tactics. Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and long-term business. Perform rigorous follow-ups with customers through consultations to address queries and guide them in their decision-making. Requirements Graduation degree with strong communication and persuasion skills. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, Experience in telesales or virtual consultation sales, especially in digital tools, software, or digital marketing services. Proficiency in consultative selling, lead nurturing, and solution positioning. Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment. Nice to Have Experience in selling digital marketing services or SaaS products for local businesses. Understanding of SEO, online reputation management, and digital advertising strategies. Proven ability to handle high-ticket sales and negotiate long-term contracts.
