Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, events, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Pitch SaaS products and IT services to prospective clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and product demos. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on KPIs regularly. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and product positioning. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Experience selling to international markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East). Required Skills: 2 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or pre-sales in the IT/SaaS domain. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce) for managing leads and pipeline. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to understand and explain technical SaaS solutions clearly to prospects. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.
