Urgent Opening Total Opening - 80 Education - MBA Freshers or BBA / Male or Female Location - Navi Mumbai Salary - 23500 NTH + 200 TADA + Incentive Job Type - Onroll Responsibilities: 1. Achieve daily targets for customer acquisition and wallet top-ups from new customers. 2. Set up canopy/standee inside Reliance stores or gated societies to drive new customer onboarding. 3. Highlight Milkbasket’s advantages over other similar services/applications. 4. Track daily/weekly customer onboarding and strive to exceed targets. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with society management for smooth execution of activations. 6. Gather customer feedback and suggest new initiatives to improve services and offers. Communicate on-ground challenges. 7. Possess strong communication and negotiation skills (regional language proficiency is essential). 8. Ensure a well-groomed appearance. 9. Have a good understanding of the city's topography. 10. Door to door activity Experience Required: 0 to 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development. Preferred Companies:- Otipy, Country Delight, Park+, Big Basket, Zepto, Blinkit Minimum Qualification Criteria: 1. Strong sales acumen with persuasive skills. 2. Excellent problem-solving and customer negotiation skills. 3. Own mode of transportation is mandatory. 4. Willing to commute 15-20 km per day. 5.
