Role Overview


We are hiring a hardcore Business Development (Sales) Executive

 

This role is for someone who loves selling, thrives on targets, and confidently converts leads into paying clients.


If you are not consistent with calling, follow-ups, and closures — this role is not for you.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion (Core Focus)

  • Identify, approach & convert new business opportunities proactively.
  • Execute 

    mandatory daily calling

     (15–25 productive calls) and structured follow-ups.
  • Convert qualified leads into revenue with strong negotiation & closing skills.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual + on-site) and deliver compelling sales pitches.
  • Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline with clear action plans for closures.
  • Own the entire sales cycle — 

    prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing

    .
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets consistently.

Client Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client pain points and provide relevant service solutions.
  • Coordinate with creative & marketing teams to align proposals and deliverables.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Maintain CRM records, lead status updates, follow-up logs.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Track and report competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years

     of proven sales experience (preferably in advertising/digital/branding).
  • Strong experience in 

    cold calling

    , lead generation, and closing deals.
  • High confidence in communication, presentation & negotiation.
  • A consistent record of meeting targets and generating revenue.
  • Fluent in 

    English, Gujarati, and Hindi

    .
  • High self-discipline: daily calling, timely follow-ups, and aggressive closing.
  • Must be proactive, ambitious, and not afraid to chase targets.
