Experience:

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in Sales or Marketing
• Experience in Telecom industry (preferred)
• Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, enhance revenue and achieve assigned AOP numbers.
• Evaluate past performance, identify market potential, and market share growth potential.
• Drive annual sales plans for Voice, SMS & Product portfolio by extensive farming and hunting new accounts.
• Develop Key Account Plan to drive strategic ideas to improve wallet share and higher product penetration.
• Experience in negotiating roaming agreements national and international, as well as mobile termination terms, conducive to sustainable new entry.
• Seasoned to handle/drive Cross-Functional Teams to ensure fulfillment of common goals & objectives.
• Integral part of CFT (Cross Functional Team) engagements infused for remittance of old receivables.
• Represent GTS interest in several telecom Industry forums, associations & conferences in the region.
