Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Road).
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver tailored logistics solutions and quotations.
• Negotiate rates and terms with customers and shipping lines/agents.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth service delivery.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and reporting KPIs.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain sales reports, pipeline status, and customer databases (CRM).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
• 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), documentation, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
