Role Overview

The Business Development Executive – B2B Field Sales will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s marketing and branding solutions to corporates and SMEs in the region. This is a client-facing, field-intensive sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients within the designated territory.
  • Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and pitch company services.
  • Present, promote, and sell advertising/marketing solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, visit logs, and client records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client projects.
  • Participate in promotional activities, client meetings, and networking events.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or advertising solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA/PGDM (Marketing preferred).
  • Fresher to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or client acquisition.
  • Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving license.
  • Familiarity with Noida/Delhi NCR market is an advantage.
