Business Development Executive (Fresher)

As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term relationships. Your knowledge of freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr will be essential in this role. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the IT and services sector by directly contributing to global client acquisition strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research, identify, and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other online bidding portals. - Prepare persuasive proposals, bids, and quotes to win new projects and clients. - Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver suitable solutions based on client requirements. - Maintain and expand a strong portfolio of international clients through consistent communication and high-quality service. - Follow up with potential clients regularly to ensure timely closures. - Maintain CRM or internal records of leads, opportunities, and client communications. - Participate in client calls and demos when required. - Stay updated with the latest trends and opportunities in the freelancing and software services market. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration - 02 years of relevant experience in business development or freelancing platforms (freshers with strong knowledge are welcome) - Preferred: M.Sc IT, BCA, MBA, B.Tech CSE **Additional Details:** The company provides benefits such as paid sick time and Provident Fund.
