Business Development Executive (Fresher)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) who is eager to learn and grow in a challenging role. As a Business Development Executive at PeanutSquare, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, communicating with prospective clients, and helping us grow our client base.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to kickstart their career in Business Development, learn about Website and Mobile App Development, and become a key contributor to our team’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads from various sources (such as LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking)
• Communicate effectively with prospective clients to explain our services
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to grow future opportunities
• Learn to perform technical and functional requirement analysis with the help of team members
• Support the team in closing projects and meeting sales goals
• Be adaptable and willing to learn about our services, pricing, and delivery processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in Website Design, Development, and Mobile Applications
• Basic knowledge of technology and willingness to learn more
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and a drive to grow within the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,579.35 - ₹25,000.00 per month
