Hiring for Market Development / Business Development Executive / Demand Generator

We are a Reputed Building Material (Adhesive) Manufacturer

Brief about Company:

15,000+ dealers and contractors across India

Position Title: Business Development Executive / Business Development Senior Executive

Department: Marketing

Reporting into: Area Sales Manager and Area Market Development Manager (Dotted line reporting)

Salary : 8LPA-12LPA (Hike will be given based on Current Salary)

Age: Max 32yrs

  • Chennai

Basic Responsibilities

1. Lead generation and conversion

- Visit contractor master list at identified frequency and create lead funnel

- Create leads via cold calling & indexing for Individual House Builders & Trade projects

- Follow up on leads within 24 hours

- Provide product demo & pitch our brand

- Classify leads as Warm/Hot/Cold

- Maintain healthy conversion ratio

- Assign converted leads to channel partners

2. Influencer Management - General contractors / Class B+C Architects / Small Builders

- Identify & onboard stakeholders

- Generate & update leads in LMS

- Educate on tile adhesive & promote our product

- Drive participation in influencer programs

Influencer Management - Tile Contractors

- Identify, onboard & profile contractors

- Generate leads & ensure share gain

- Promote premium products

- Service contractors within 24 hours

- Retain & grow Silver & Gold users

4. Customer complaint handling

- Resolve complaints within 24 hours

5. Influencer Management - Tile Masons

- Enroll & engage high potential Rishta users

- Conduct mason meets & events

- Resolve Rishta issues

6. Reporting & documentation

- Update daily activities in SFA app

Deliverables (Broad KRAs)

Output Metrics:

1. Tertiary sales target 25%

2. Focus product sales 15%

3. Rishta Program Tier upgrades & active contractor targets 20%

Input Metrics:

1. Number of leads generated 10%

2. Competition contractors converted 10%

3. Influencer activation 10%

4. Mason meets 10%

Person Specifications

Education:

- Essential: Graduate

- Desirable: MBA

Experience & Skills:

- 3-4 years in site working, influencer engagement, or channel sales

- Digital literacy: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SFA apps
