Job Description

Job Title: E-KYC (Marketing Executive)
Location: Darbhanga

Salary Bracket: 15,000 20,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated E-KYC (Marketing Executive). The candidate will be responsible for handling the (e-KYC) process with clients, healthcare professionals, distributors, and channel partners. This role combines marketing coordination with digital KYC verification, ensuring compliance with industry norms while supporting sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process customer e-KYC documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Support the marketing team by engaging with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and hospitals to complete onboarding and verification.

Maintain accurate and updated customer databases.

Assist in digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and awareness drives for pharmaceutical products.

Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Provide regular MIS reports and feedback to management.

Educate customers about the importance of e-KYC and ensure a positive client experience.

Key Skills & Competencies

Good communication skills (verbal & written).

Basic knowledge of KYC/e-KYC processes and documentation.

Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing practices preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and digital tools.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Customer-centric and detail-oriented approach.
