Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive for our on-site office in Ahmedabad. The role involves generating new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing potential leads, building client relationships, and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. The role also involves conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive offerings in the real estate and financial services sectors.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify growth opportunities and expand market reach
  • Strong expertise in Business and Account Management for developing and maintaining client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Ability to develop strategic market insights and deliver client-focused solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate or financial services industries is preferred
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
