Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Rajkot. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, including answering phone calls, greeting clients, handling inquiries, and performing various clerical tasks. The role also entails maintaining a clean and organized reception area, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to all visitors and clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory(Fresher’s may also apply)
• High School diploma or equivalent
