Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Ematix Embedded and Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in identifying and exploring potential clients and market opportunities for our diverse range of IT products and software solutions. Ematix is a renowned IT product company known for its innovative software solutions that simplify operations and drive growth for our clients across various industries such as E-commerce, healthcare, education, retail, and more. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research to identify potential clients, preparing and delivering professional presentations and product demos both on-site and online, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups, collaborating closely with technical and product teams to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and met, and maintaining accurate client data and interaction history. You will also be involved in conducting competitor and market analysis to identify key insights and participating in industry events to generate leads and enhance brand awareness. Travel to client visits and events may be required as part of this role to effectively achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience. While having 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred, freshers with a strong interest in IT products and technology solutions are also encouraged to apply. You should have a basic understanding of software solutions and business development processes, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
