The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a key role in driving the company's growth through workshops, events, lead generation, branding, certification management, and client engagement. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and event execution skills, along with the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Workshops, Events & College Engagement
* Conduct and complete a minimum of *two paid college workshops per month* (mandatory).
* Coordinate and execute inside/outside events, college associations, collaborations, and sponsorships.
* Organize and conduct webinars in coordination with the sales team.
* Handle Techmindz’s participation in college tech fests, events, and sponsorship opportunities.
* Organize and share participation certificates for attendees.
* Support collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
2. Lead Generation & Database Management
* Collect and maintain a database of workshop/webinar participants and share with the sales team.
* Visit colleges, events, and institutions to collect student databases for lead generation.
* Identify, evaluate, and maximize lead generation through physical marketing activities.
* Maintain and update records to support future outreach and conversions.
3. Marketing, Branding & Content
* Plan and execute *monthly digital marketing poster strategies*.
* Coordinate with the design team to create engaging marketing materials, posts, reels, and campaigns.
* Collaborate with designers and editors for video creation and editing.
* Identify and implement innovative ideas for both digital and physical marketing campaigns.
* Liaise with vendors/agencies for hoarding placements and other promotional activities.
4. Certification Management
* Research and identify new certifications relevant to Techmindz’s training portfolio.
* Coordinate with training and academic teams to implement new certifications.
* Ensure timely updates and additions to the certification portfolio.
5. Office Visits & Client Engagement
* Handle office visits and coordinate with visitors, clients, and prospects.
* Support client engagement activities to build and maintain strong relationships.
6. Competitor Analysis & Reporting
* Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly competitor analysis.
* Prepare and submit consolidated competitor reports on a regular basis.
7. Presentations & Proposals
* Create and update presentations (PPTs) for college associations, client pitches, and internal requirements.
* Propose and implement innovative marketing and business development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Experience Required
Minimum 2+ years of experience in EdTech and the training industry
