Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and reports to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth areas.
  • Manage the full business development cycle — from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM systems.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (MS Office Suite)
