Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies: Create comprehensive sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion. Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Drive customer acquisition: Identify and target potential customers, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and devise effective sales plans to acquire new business. Develop relationships with key decision-makers, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new accounts.
  • Nurture existing customer relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Understand their evolving needs, provide personalized solutions, address any concerns or issues promptly, and proactively identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor sales activities and performance: Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and generate regular sales reports to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans. Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, monitor sales pipelines, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies, provide market insights, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Collaborate on product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer retention initiatives to drive overall business success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to B2B e-commerce. Leverage this knowledge to anticipate customer needs, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Alibaba.com's platform and services.


Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (may vary depending on location and company requirements).
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online marketplace platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
