Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Jaipur
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives up to ₹1,00,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and research.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Foster long-term client relationships for repeat business and satisfaction.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in business development or sales is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Self-driven, target-focused, and eager to exceed goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market.
