Job Description

About the Role: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our saas product. The role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of digital marketing services, especially LinkedIn and trends. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn, events, etc.) Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and onboard for LinkedIn automation service Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM systems. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of LinkedIn, digital marketing concepts, tools, and trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation, negotiation, and client management abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Go-high level, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency. Proven track record in lead generation, sales, or client acquisition.
