Role Overview:

BDE

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Pitch DigiStay’s solutions clearly and persuasively to potential clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and think on your feet
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a solution-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

• Experience in B2B or hospitality/travel tech is a big plus
