Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Dwarka, Delhi Job Type: Full-time Department: Sales / Business Development Reports To: Business Development Manager / Sales Director Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients, markets, and industries to generate new business leads. Reach out to prospects through cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with company offerings. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client information and pipeline data. Provide market feedback and insights to help shape product development and business strategy. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, business development, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills.
