Roles & Responsibilities:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Call on the provided database to generate revenue and increase the customer base. Handle Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Domestic Calling, Outbound/Cold Calling, Client RelationshipManagement, and related tasks. Maintain documentation and communicate customer queries and details to relevant stakeholders. Contribute to team effort by achieving assigned goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Exhibit patience, empathy, and effective communication skills to connect with customerspassionately. This is a Hybrid role (Work from office when management wants) and only Kannada speakers preferred.
