Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Executive role located on-site in Kochi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible  for driving new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and expanding Design-Pods’ footprint across target industries. The BDE will work closely with marketing, training delivery, and product teams to tailor offerings, generate leads, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

• Experience: Open to fresh graduates and interested in B2B sales, business development, corporate training, or related roles.
• Industry Knowledge (nice to have): Basic understanding of digital training, AI/ML, web development, digital marketing, or tech services is a plus, but not required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting and negotiating.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building, listening, and empathy to understand client needs.
• Drive & Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, coachable, with a willingness to learn and grow in a startup-like environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and basic data analysis; ability to quickly learn internal processes and product offerings.
• Location & Availability: Based in Kochi or willing to relocate; able to travel for client meetings as needed.
• Education-to-Role Fit: Demonstrated interest in digital transformation, cloud, AI, or tech education through projects, internships, or coursework.

*We offer one month of paid training followed by one month of evaluation, with guaranteed job placement in the third month.

*  One month paid training (INR 10,000, paid by candidate).

*  Second month evaluation (unpaid).

*  Third month offer letter (base salary + incentives), based on successful evaluation.
