Understand client needs and pain points to offer tailored software or technology solutions that align with their business goals. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from initial contact and product demonstrations to proposal submission and deal closure. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies and stay ahead. Foster long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams including product development, marketing, and support to ensure smooth implementation and client success. Maintain accurate records of activities, pipelines, and outcomes using CRM tools, and provide regular sales performance reports to management. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proven experience in technology or software sales. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
