About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth in IT Services. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and hands-on exposure to IT Recruitment and IT Services Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT Services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations showcasing the company’s IT services and recruitment solutions.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, track client interactions, and prepare performance reports.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with technical and recruitment teams to align client needs with service delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Business Development within IT Services and IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, client acquisition, and closing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and presentations.
• Relationship-building skills with the ability to network and establish trust with key stakeholders.
• Proactive approach with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to create proposals, business presentations, and sales reports.
• Basic technical aptitude to understand and communicate IT service offerings.

Good to Have Skills:

• Understanding of technology services such as Infrastructure Managed Support, Managed Services, and Database Administration Services.
