IAM Developer

As an IAM Developer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in implementing Identity & Access Management solutions, with a primary focus on utilizing the One Identity (Dell One Identity tool) platform. Your responsibilities will involve contributing throughout the development lifecycle, encompassing analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. This position is based in Pune (Kharadi) and follows a hybrid work model, requiring you to be present in the office for three days every week. Your key responsibilities will include implementing IAM solutions using the One Identity platform, participating in software development phases such as Analysis, Development, and Testing to ensure the delivery of secure and high-quality code, managing and maintaining IAM tools and components, integrating applications, managing system integrations, and providing release support, as well as collaborating with application owners and service providers for the development and integration of new services. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 5-12 years of development experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools and .NET technologies. It is essential to have prior experience with IAM tools like Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Identity Manager, as well as strong hands-on experience in .NET (C#.NET or VB.NET) and SQL Server. Additionally, familiarity with IAM processes including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and de-provisioning, and exposure to software development lifecycle and product development methodologies are required.
