Job Description

As a Software Developer at Gallagher, you will have the opportunity to work with a team to analyze, design, develop, and maintain complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and systems to support Gallagher users and customers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to produce, design, architect, and implement recommendations and solutions. You will write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using Object-oriented programming languages such as VB.Net and C#. Additionally, you will design, debug, test, revise, refactor, and deploy updates and new functionality. Throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC), you will write and maintain documentation. You will serve as an expert on IAM applications, provide technical support, integrate IAM systems with custom and third-party applications via APIs, and identify, analyze, and resolve systems design weaknesses. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, design, develop, and maintain complex IAM processes and systems - Collaborate with internal teams to produce, design, and implement solutions - Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code in VB.Net and C# - Design, debug, test, revise, refactor, and deploy updates - Serve as an expert on IAM applications and provide technical support - Integrate IAM systems with custom and third-party applications via APIs - Identify, analyze, and resolve systems design weaknesses - Document and maintain currently developed solutions - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience utilizing established development tools, guidelines, and conventions including VB.Net, C#, and SQL Server - Experience with API Architecture styles (REST/ SOAP /RPC) - Excellent troubleshooting and communication/writing skills - Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field - Experience with the Angular Framework - Experience with One Identity Manager - Experience with Ping Identity In addition to the technical qualifications, Gallagher values inclusion and diversity as a core part of its business.
