Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced VisionPLUS Developer responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing card management applications using VisionPLUS. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of VisionPLUS modules and experience in developing custom solutions aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications using VisionPLUS. Develop, test, and deploy VisionPLUS modules including CMS, FAS, TRAMS, MBS, and ITS. Customize VisionPLUS frameworks as per client requirements. Conduct impact analysis and provide estimates for enhancements and bug fixes. Perform unit testing and support integration/system testing phases. Create technical documents including HLD, LLD, and deployment plans. Work closely with business analysts, QA, and project managers to deliver high-quality software. Provide production support and incident resolution for VisionPLUS applications. Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in VisionPLUS modules CMS, FAS, TRAMS, MBS, etc. Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 . Good understanding of Card domain functionalities credit, debit, loyalty, prepaid cards. Exposure to batch and online processing. Experience in working with Mainframe tools and utilities. Knowledge of integration using APIs or third-party services is a plus.
