Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced VisionPLUS Developer responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing card management applications using VisionPLUS. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of VisionPLUS modules and experience in developing custom solutions aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications using VisionPLUS. Develop, test, and deploy VisionPLUS modules including CMS, FAS, TRAMS, MBS, and ITS. Customize VisionPLUS frameworks as per client requirements. Conduct impact analysis and provide estimates for enhancements and bug fixes. Perform unit testing and support integration/system testing phases. Create technical documents including HLD, LLD, and deployment plans. Work closely with business analysts, QA, and project managers to deliver high-quality software. The administrator plays a key role in the SNOW App Replatforming project, ensuring platform reliability and alignment with the Sigma/Snowflake tech stack. Work Time : 5:30 pm to 2:30 am Key Responsibilities 1. Environment Setup & Configuration Provision and manage Snowflake accounts, databases, warehouses, and roles. Implement access control frameworks (e.g., ACCOUNTADMIN, SYSADMIN) and manage SSO, MFA, SCIM integrations. Enforce driver upgrade policies and rotate Personal Access Tokens (PATs) and API keys on a scheduled basis. Maintain compatibility across client applications and ensure platform readiness for new features. 2. Performance & Cost Optimization Monitor and tune query performance using micro-partition pruning and profiling tools. Configure auto-suspend/resume for warehouses to reduce compute costs. Apply data lifecycle and storage optimization strategies with monthly audits. Track and report Snowflake Business Critical Requests (BCRs) to ensure timely resolution. 3. Security & Governance Enforce multi-factor authentication and federated identity protocols. Manage secure views, UDFs, and row/column-level security. Maintain access history and audit logs for compliance. Monitor driver versions and enforce upgrades to maintain secure connectivity. 4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with data and analytics leadership to align Snowflake capabilities with business goals. Collaborate with data architects, engineers, analytics engineers, and analysts to support ETL/ELT pipelines, schema evolution, and reporting needs. Lead or support migrations from legacy systems to Snowflake and provide best practices. Develop and execute migration plans with rollback strategies and validation checkpoints. Achieve service delivery goals. Interact and build business relationships with key business stakeholders, involved in the deductions processing, i.e.: Customer Services, Supply Chain, Cash application, Credit & Collections (relates to both internal and external customers) Key Responsibilities Process deductions for which includes recognizing, coding, investigating, and resolving deductions of medium/low complexity reason codes from customer accounts, focusing on reduction of outstanding deduction quantity, cycle time, and value. Receive, prioritize, and respond to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, and fax; will require work in customer portals. Learns and understands basic Customer Service order & claim processes, basic order fulfillment, and physical distribution network principles, including reverse logistics. Keep meticulous records of all deductions, including supporting paperwork and correspondence history. Write and maintain all SOPs relating to deduction processing. Support O2C GPO team in project work such as system implementation/ enhancement or business process change initiatives to the extent impacting deduction processes.
