Role & responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to improve team performance.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team member
    • 2.Sales Strategy Execution

      :
    • Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.
    • 3.

      Customer Relationship Management

      :
    • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
    • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and upholds the company's reputation.
    • 4. Reporting and Analysis

      :
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
    • Use data to identify opportunities for sales growth and process improvement.

5. Sales Operations

    • Achieve assigned Sales Target by self & by team.
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including scheduling and resource allocation.
    • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
    • Oversee the use of CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities.

6.Recruitment and Onboarding

    • Assist in the recruitment process by interviewing and selecting new sales team members.
    • Oversee the onboarding and training of new hires to ensure they are equipped for success.
    • 7. Budget Management

      :
    • Assist in managing the sales budget and ensuring that expenses are within approved limits.
