Business Development Executive

About the Product:

asknex.ai is an AI-powered enterprise solution designed to simplify and automate complex tasks using intelligent decision-making. It is offered as a subscription-based SaaS product, serving businesses globally looking to integrate smart technology into their operational and functional workflows to drive smarter business growth and efficiency.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive subscription sales and customer acquisition for our AI-powered product, asknex.ai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B subscription sales for SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new customers for asknex.ai from direct and marketing leads
• Drive sales using upsell and cross sell using user acquisition and retention strategies.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and webinars to potential clients.
• Manage the complete sales funnel—from lead to closure and onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and upsells.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, email outreach, and performance tracking.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client insights.

Experience:

• Graduate or post graduate with Engineering/Maths/Science/Business studies
• Proven experience of 2–9 years in IT / SaaS sales or subscription-based product
• Experience in one or more international markets (US/Canada, UK, Middle East/Africa, Australia, South east Asia, India)
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer behavior
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong ability for customer engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Passion for AI. Knowledge of AI or automation tools preferred
