Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients in target industries (IT, BFSI, Telecom, etc.) through research, cold calling, and social media outreach. Support senior team members in generating qualified leads and setting up meetings. Assist in understanding client staffing needs and communicating Collaberas service offerings effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidate profiles. Maintain CRM and sales records accurately for reporting and pipeline tracking. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or any discipline MBA freshers are also welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Eagerness to learn about staffing and the corporate sales cycle. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
