Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive/Senior Business Development Executive at COEQUAL SERVICES, located in Banaswadi, Bengaluru, you will be a key player in driving the company's growth and expansion. With 1-2 years of experience, your passion for sales, networking, and relationship building will be instrumental in achieving our strategic business objectives. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, generating leads through various outreach strategies, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting company products and services to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, tracking sales activities, staying updated on industry news, and assisting in the development of marketing materials. Additionally, you will need to conduct seminars in colleges, handle the end-to-end cycle of student enrollment, and manage leads from partner institutions such as colleges and student requirement agencies. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, possess 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Your ability to think strategically, analyze data, make informed decisions, work independently and collaboratively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software will be crucial. Fluency in English and Kannada is a must, and additional language skills may be advantageous depending on the target market. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and work location in person.
