Senior Business Development Executive (Night Shift) 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST (Remote) Minimum 3 Years (Mandatory) in IT Services Sales  Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferred) or relevant experience with strong technical understanding Job Overview: We’re on the hunt for a highly driven Senior BDE with a technical background and proven experience in international IT sales . This role is ideal for someone who thrives at night, enjoys connecting with global clients, and knows how to pitch, close, and build long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the international market Work closely with the technical team to create customized proposals based on client requirements Engage in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to build a strong pipeline Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high client satisfaction Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing clients Track sales metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and consistently meet targets Must-Have Skills: 3+ years of experience in BDE or similar roles in IT services Strong technical understanding to confidently communicate with clients Excellent communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills Experience handling clients from the US or other international regions Ability to work independently during night hours and drive results Familiarity with CRM tools, Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and bidding platforms is a plus Good to Have: Background in Web/App Development services, SaaS, or Custom Software Solutions Experience working with lead generation tools and automation Previous remote working experience with international clients Why Work With Us?
