We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role requires an individual with strong communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and a proven record of meeting sales targets. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Roles and Responsibilities


• Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities within the assigned region.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site/property visits (where applicable).

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and support.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.

• Track sales pipeline, client data, and market intelligence accurately.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and customer onboarding.

• Stay updated with market dynamics, competitor strategies, and industry trends.


Key Skills Required


• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Negotiation and persuasion skills with a target-driven approach.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage.


Qualifications


• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduation in any discipline is mandatory).

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience.

• Real estate sales experience will be given higher weightage.
