CereBulb is dedicated to empowering individuals with data and insights, recognizing data as the new currency in the industrial domain. We collaborate closely with significant industrial clients to leverage data's potential in optimizing their workforce, processes, and technology framework. Our clientele relies on us to safeguard and interconnect their crucial equipment to maximize returns on investment. Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee the sales domain to meet yearly sales objectives. - Identify, create, and pursue project-based sales prospects and customer acquisitions. - Cultivate trustworthy relationships with key clients, manage communications, and address concerns. - Define and execute growth and pricing strategies, negotiate agreements, and establish performance timelines. - Evaluate client data, offer insights on market opportunities and trends. - Prepare and deliver progress reports and strategies for client accounts to stakeholders. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer contentment and success. - Record all quotations and inquiries in the CRM system (Salesforce). - Engage with clients from both private and public sectors across various industrial verticals. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech Electrical/IT/Computer Engineering; MBA in Marketing is preferred. - 2+ years of experience in hardware/software sales, particularly in PLC & SCADA solutions. - Proficiency in developing use cases and drafting proposal documents. - Demonstrated track record of sales achievements. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building competencies. - Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is advantageous. - Self-driven with a proactive approach to enhancing processes and achieving outcomes.
