What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by building strong relationships with students, institutions, and corporate partners.
• Drive lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions through consultative selling approaches.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective outreach and engagement campaigns.
• Represent Career Choice 360 at educational fairs, networking events, and business forums to expand visibility and partnerships.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and student/partner needs to design impactful strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead progress, and conversion metrics in CRM systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client/student journey from initial inquiry to final enrollment or partnership agreement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, EdTech consultative selling, or academic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to generate leads, convert opportunities, and meet revenue targets.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales tracking tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Passion for education with a solution-oriented and growth-driven mindset.
