Role Overview

The Business Development Executive - Buyers Network will be responsible for building and managing a strong network of buyers, ensuring regular price discovery, engagement, and long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, negotiation, and working in a fast-paced sustainability-driven startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and expand the buyers network across recyclers, refurbishers, and scrap buyers
• Regularly collect and update pricing from buyers for various IT, electronic, and industrial assets
• Maintain strong engagement with active buyers through continuous communication
• Track buyer requirements, demand trends, and market movements
• Coordinate with internal operations and sales teams for smooth deal execution
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure competitive pricing
• Maintain accurate buyer data, pricing sheets, and reporting

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, procurement, or sourcing
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Comfortable with numbers, pricing discussions, and follow-ups
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
