The company partners with 100+ authorized recyclers/refurbishers across India to channelize collected waste, providing the highest value through price bidding and transparency. Recyclify aims to be the most responsible company in the waste management ecosystem and make a positive social impact. This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Sourcing Manager - New Category located in Gurugram. Recyclify has been aggressively growing in a few categories (E-waste, plastic) and aims to start scaling operations in the EV battery scrap category. In this role, you will work closely with the founder to plan and execute the collection of battery scrap by establishing strategic partnerships with OEMs, Battery Pack Manufacturers, Service Centers, Informal Collectors, etc. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end ownership of category procurement, from research to planning, executing, and understanding the daily operations of collection and channelizing to recyclers.
