Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the adoption of real estate technology solutions. You will conduct

market research, develop strategic sales plans, and collaborate with internal teams to

enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Adept at active listening, asking insightful follow-up questions, and delivering persuasive, insightful stories.
  • Present Buildesk&aposs offerings to relevant prospects in designated territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and client engagement.
  • Generate accurate sales pipeline reports and effective quarterly forecasts.
  • Assess client needs and identify critical pain points for strategic outreach development.

Requirements

  • Min 4 Years

    of Proven track record in B2B software sales, specifically to large enterprises and CMOs, within CRM, Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, or Business Process Automation.

Bonus points for SaaS sales background

  • A master of virtual software demos, adeptly leveraging compelling communication, sharp negotiation, and robust relationship-building. You excel at cold calling, smart qualification, and delivering powerful product presentations to consistently generate revenue.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to map customer requirements to effective software solutions..
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
