We're now looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help us scale further!

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

- > Identify and generate new business leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and email outreach

- > Pitch our app development and web development services to potential clients

- > Understand client requirements, present tailored solutions, and close deals

- > Coordinate with the project & tech teams for proposal creation and project estimation

- > Maintain client relationships and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities

- > Track sales targets and provide regular reports to the leadership team

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (Fluent in English)

✅ Proven experience in sales, business development, or client handling (IT service industry preferred)

✅ Comfortable with outbound lead generation and cold outreach

✅ Basic understanding of software development cycles, technologies, and trends

✅ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organized
