Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition for our IT and creative services. This role involves selling high-impact digital solutions to clients across India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and pitch services including app/website development, SEO, design, and academic writing
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns
• Prepare proposals and close deals
• Build long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams for project delivery
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity logs

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT or creative services sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical offerings and client needs
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools is a plus
