Role: Business Development Executive (Sales)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while driving sales for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and outreach.

• Pitch Bonwic’s digital marketing solutions to potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Understand client requirements and work with the internal team to deliver tailored solutions.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
