The company is seeking a resilient and empathic Business Development Executive to contribute to its growth. As a Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to purchase additional products or features, and staying informed about changes in consumer behavior. In addition, you will need to focus on building the capacity of the staff through regular training and mentorship. Your main duties will involve familiarizing yourself with all the products and services offered by the company, acquiring new clients through freelance platforms like Upwork, PPH, and Guru, attending networking activities to connect with potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, suggesting upgrades or additional products and services, creating business proposals and contracts to increase revenue, negotiating with clients for competitive prices, providing staff with necessary technical and social skills for improved sales, reviewing client feedback for implementing required changes, and staying updated on consumption trends to ensure the relevance of offerings. The ideal candidate should be a female with excellent communication skills, at least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT sector, proficiency in generating new business through platforms like Upwork, PPH, and Guru, adept at lead generation, project bidding, and new business development, skilled in client handling and project management, resourceful, and possess outstanding research skills.
