Responsibilities Screen and interview candidates and ensure to put forward the best quality candidates Proven work experience in recruitment – ideally as a Technical Recruiter Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network Requirements MBA in Human Resource with minimum 2Y of experience in IT Recruitment. Female candidate with excellent written & verbal communication skills. Should have good understanding of various job portals and will be able to hire the candidates through LinkedIn, indeed etc. Experience in screening resumes, taking initial round of interview and scheduling the best candidate for technical round. Follow up with the client till joining, salary negotiation. Along with IT Recruitment candidate must be having some exposure to other HR Functions such as Joining & Exit formalities, Induction, Attendance & Payroll Management, Employee engagement, Grievance handling, social media handling etc. Salary Range: 2.4lpa – 3.6lpa Show more Show less
