Business Development Executive (BDE)

Duties & Responsibilities: Drive B2B sales growth by actively identifying, targeting, and acquiring new business opportunities across the Dealers, Sub Distributors, Architecture, design, and construction ecosystem.  Develop and execute focused business development strategies to promote Zebra lines Interior Solutions’ premium range of products and services.  Build strong, lasting relationships with dealers, interior studios, architects, designers, builders, and contractors—position Zebra Lines as their preferred partner. Conduct regular client visits and product presentations to pitch offerings, understand project needs, and close high-value deals.  Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of trends, uncover new verticals, and identify untapped opportunities within the interior solutions industry. Work closely with the design, sales, and marketing teams to align efforts and deliver impactful go-to-market campaigns. Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events—generate quality leads and convert interest into business. Track and report sales activity, client interactions, and project updates through the CRM—ensure data accuracy and follow-through. Continuously analyze B2B campaign performance and suggest improvements that directly impact lead quality and conversion rates. Be a go-getter with a strong sense of ownership—hit targets, grow your client base, and contribute directly to Zebra lines' market expansion. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Proven experience (2 years or more) in a marketing role, preferably within the interior design or home improvement industry. Excellent communication skills. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
