  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet company goals.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
  • Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and reports to management.
  • Track and evaluate business performance metrics.
  • Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and target markets
  • Relationship management: Build and nurture relationships with clients and partners
  • Strategic planning: Create business plans and strategies to achieve company goals
  • Sales: Make sales projections and forecasts, and create proposals and presentations
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate trends is a plus.
