Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting a team of insurance agents and leaders under the Tata AIA banner. You will also play a key role in driving business growth by building relationships, motivating your team, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard insurance agents and team leaders for Tata AIA
  • Train agents and leaders on financial planning concepts and insurance product knowledge
  • Accompany agents in the field for client meetings and sales pitches
  • Motivate and support your team to achieve sales and business goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and social media to ensure continued engagement
  • Track performance and client data accurately using CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business development
  • Stay updated on market trends, insurance products, and competitor activity

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution
  • Experience: 0–2 years in sales, business development, or recruitment (preferably in financial or insurance sectors)
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and online communication platforms
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, coach, and manage field agents
  • Mindset: Proactive, goal-oriented, and team-focused
